If you have ever sold a house before (while you were still living in it), then you know what a challenge it is to keep your house in perfect condition for showings. Add to that one little tazmanian baby, and the challenge becomes MUCH more difficult! We get at least one hour notice before an agent comes to show the house, and I run around like a maniac picking up baby toys and wiping off fingerprints. Let's all hope and pray that we find a buyer soon!
