We woke up on Christmas morning and made the quick five-minute drive to my mom's house. My brother and his family couldn't make it down, but we were able to spend the day with my mom, my sister, my brother-in-law, and my precious niece Mackenzie. Avery LOVED being around Mackenzie! Every chance she would get, Avery would put her little arms up for Mackenzie to hold her. This couldn't have been easy for Mackenzie (46 pounds), since Avery is almost half her size (22 pounds)! Santa brought lots of goodies for both girls, and they had a great day playing with all of their gifts.
The little princess had a meltdown around 11:00am, so it was definitely time for a nap!
Avery woke up as happy as could be, and of course, she wanted Mackenzie to hold her.
