Avery drooled NON-stop from 3 months to 5.5 months. She drooled so much that we always placed bibs on her. When the first bib would get completely soaked with drool, we would replace it with another one. At around 5.5 months, the drool mysteriously disappeared! We later figured out that the drool went away when Avery's first teeth came in. Her first and second tooth came pretty close together right around the six month mark. In the past week or so, the drool monster has returned. While not as severe as before, it is still a nuisance. Sure enough, her top left tooth looks like it will be making its grand entrance soon. I really hope the drool will subside again when the tooth breaks through. If you look closely at these pictures, you can see tooth #1 and tooth #2 in the bottom of her mouth.
